Amy graduated from Brockport College in 2012 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology. She continued on to work at the Bethlehem YMCA as a group instructor and personal trainer. Her passion for helping others achieve their health and wellness goals to enhance their lives led her to seek massage therapy. She has since graduated in 2020 from the school of Natural wellness and Massage therapy she continued on to become licensed and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.
Amy tailors each session to the individual needs. She believes that massage can help reduce symptoms such as muscle soreness, tightness, and pain. Implementing massage techniques of Swedish, sports, stretching, NMT can help with injury prevention, repetitive injuries, relieve stress and help reverse postural imbalances caused by normal daily activities.
Amy looks forward to helping her clients stay active and continuing to participate in the activities they love.
