24 Hour Cancellation Policy:
In the unlikely event you may need to reschedule/cancel for any reason*, please call 24 hours in advance to avoid a missed appointment fee for your reserved appointment time in this office. Payment is required for ALL no show/late cancels (less than 24hrs) appointments before future appointments may be scheduled.
How do I prevent a missed appointment cancellation fee?
1) Always CALL BIBTM (518) 371-6332 24 hours or more in advance when rescheduling or cancelling
2) Do not respond via “Appointment Confirmation” or “Reminder Emails” you receive from MassageBook.
– We will NOT receive these emails and appointment is not cancelled on our end.
– No, unfortunately we are unable to remove or disable that link feature in the emails.
– We’ve already asked MassageBook many times to already.
– You will be responsible for the missed appointment fee.
2) Stuck at work or not feeling well?
– We understand life happens but your time has been reserved in advance for you.
– You are always welcome to send a friend or family member in your place to take their session.
3) Sometimes we may be able to refill your reserved appointment slot. If BIBTM is able to refill it, you will not be charged.
4) Chronic late cancelling/no shows a pre-payment will be required all appointments.
5) *Your safety in important, if there is inclement weather and unsafe for travel you will not incur a cancel fee.
Missed Appointment Fee:
1st time: 50% of session amount
2nd time: Full session amount
3rd time: Pre-payment may be required when scheduling future appointments
