24 Hour Cancellation Policy:
In the unlikely event you may need to reschedule/cancel for any reason*, please call 24 hours in advance to avoid a missed appointment fee for your reserved appointment time in this office. Payment is required for ALL no show/late cancels (less than 24hrs) appointments before future appointments may be scheduled.
