Floyd Jourdanais, LMT

Floyd Jourdanais is a NYS licensed massage therapist with a deep-rooted passion for helping clients overcome pain and restore their mobility. Driven by a desire to provide specialized care, he has pursued advanced training with The Center of Pain Management in Integrated Manual Therapy and Orthopedic Massage for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions including cervical conditions, low back pain, hip pain, sciatica, elbow, forearm, wrist, and hand conditions.

With a deep understanding of the unique physical demands athletes face, Floyd specializes in treating common sports injuries such as low back pain, hip pain, sciatica, and upper extremity conditions like elbow, forearm, wrist, and hand injuries. He also excels in managing complex neck pain that can hinder athletic performance. Floyd employs advanced massage techniques designed to address the root causes of pain, accelerate recovery, and enhance athletic performance.

Beyond clinical practice, Floyd has a proven track record of providing on-site massage therapy at high-profile events. From the prestigious Ironman Triathlon in Lake Placid, to the energetic atmosphere of the Delmar Dash, he has successfully supported athletes and participants in achieving their goals. He has also contributed to the success of the Corning Preserve Helderberg Marathon, The Adirondack Sports Summer Expo, and The Adirondack Sports & Northeast Ski Expo.

With a combination of expert knowledge, hands-on experience, and a compassionate approach, he is dedicated to achieving optimal outcomes for every client facilitate faster healing and recovery times for all athletes.

He loves human science and enjoys functional fitness. When he isn’t working on enhancing his massage skills and practice, he is the Production Supervisor at Cascades.
